Forex Project provides AI-powered trading automation tools that connect to third-party broker accounts via secure API. We provide software and automation services only. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager, and we do not hold or manage your funds.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Automated trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you use our automation tools at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our tools execute strategies based on parameters you configure. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it for illegal purposes, or violate any applicable regulations including securities and financial laws in your jurisdiction.
All content, software, and trademarks on our platform are owned by Forex Project or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forex Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forex Project operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts or arbitration as specified.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
